Our journey begins in Rome, where ancient monuments, lively piazzas and neighbourhood trattorias introduce us to the country's remarkable history and enduring traditions. In Florence, we venture beyond the city into the heart of Tuscany before continuing to Venice. The afternoon is yours to discover Florence with an included sightseeing pass, allowing you to explore beyond the historic center at your own pace. Whether you remain in the heart of the city or venture further afield to panoramic viewpoints and quieter neighbourhoods, you'll experience Florence in a way that suits your own curiosity.
We'll come together once again this evening for a hands on pasta and tiramisu cooking experience. Guided by local chefs, we'll prepare two of Italy's best loved dishes before sitting down to enjoy the meal we've created together, accompanied by excellent Tuscan wine.

We've carefully handpicked a collection of Lake Garda's most charming towns, giving you the freedom to slow down and experience each one rather than simply passing through. Join your Tour Director for a leisurely wander or explore independently before we continue to the next lakeside gem. There's every excuse to sample another scoop of authentic Italian gelato because, after all, one flavour is never enough.
One of our stops brings us to Malcesine, where medieval streets climb towards the foot of Monte Baldo. Here we board the cable car for a breathtaking ascent to 1,760 meters, where panoramic views stretch across Lake Garda and the surrounding Alps. It's a perspective few visitors ever forget.
Sunset drinks beside Lake Garda set the scene for our farewell dinner, where exceptional local cuisine, regional wines and the relaxed atmosphere of Bardolino after dark provide a memorable final evening in Italy.
