Along the way
Paris introduces itself through the neighbourhoods where everyday life unfolds. Fresh breads, regional cheeses, charcuterie and seasonal specialities become our first taste of France, introducing a culture where quality ingredients, regional identity and a passion for sharing meals remain at the heart of daily life.
We'll discover Paris at golden hour from a different perspective aboard electric tuk tuks, weaving through elegant boulevards, hidden streets and some of the city's most recognisable landmarks. A guided walk along Avenue de Champagne introduces us to one of the world's most celebrated wine streets, and is often described as the richest avenue in the world, where more than 200 million bottles quietly mature beneath its pavements within historic chalk cellars. As we stroll together, we uncover the remarkable history, architecture and traditions that transformed Champagne into a global symbol of celebration.
After a relaxed lunch in Épernay, we'll step behind the doors of Moët & Chandon, the world's largest Champagne house and home of the prestigious Dom Pérignon to discover the craftsmanship, innovation and family traditions behind one of the world's most recognised Champagne maisons before enjoying our first tasting.

Wandering its cobbled streets with a local guide, we discover the village where the Benedictine monk Dom Pérignon lived and worked during the seventeenth century. While he didn't invent Champagne, his pioneering work refining the winemaking process helped shape the sparkling wine we know and enjoy today. At the Abbey of Saint Pierre, where he is buried, we explore the remarkable legacy of a man whose influence can still be found in every bottle produced across the region.
Sweeping vineyard views, centuries old stone houses and beautifully crafted wrought iron signs complete the experience, revealing why Hautvillers remains one of Champagne's most treasured villages.

A leisurely vineyard picnic awaits, celebrating the morning's harvest. Departing beneath the Eiffel Tower, we glide past the Grand Palais, Musée d'Orsay, the Louvre and Notre Dame as the city begins to glow beneath the evening sky. Arrival and departure days
- Airport transfers are included for all guests arriving on Day 1 and departing on the final day of the journey
- Arrival day is intentionally designed with flexibility in mind, allowing time to settle into the hotel, explore the surrounding neighbourhood, or simply pause before the journey begins
- Our first shared experience takes place in the late afternoon on Day 1, allowing guests arriving earlier in the day time to comfortably transfer from the airport and settle in before meeting the group
- Hotel check in is typically available from 3:00pm onwards. Guests arriving earlier may store luggage with the hotel prior to check in
- Your tour host will be waiting to welcome you at the hotel on arrival day, offering assistance with check in and luggage storage where needed, along with recommendations for exploring the surrounding neighbourhood before the journey begins
- On departure day, no activities are planned beyond breakfast, allowing flexibility for onward travel arrangements
